[Of course he really wouldn't do anything like to the dog. Repede, whatever. It was all that guy's fault. Couldn't he keep his dog away from other people.]

Don't call me that!
But never mind about the dog.

[He would deal with this on his own. He just isn't sure how to go about this. He never had a dog so there is going to be a lot of standing in his room looking at it.]

Out! [And pointing to the door... works on people.]

[ Yuri would of been just a bit more inclined to give Leon advice regarding Repede, but the guys attitude did not bode well with him. So letting him squirm for awhile was his plan for now. ]

Or what are you gunna do if I dont, kid?

[ Repede, much like his owner has a similar manner of just not caring. Not to mention while the dog was naturally quite guarded and defensive around people, he upped those instincts the second he arrived in Holly Heights.

As soon as he hears Leon raise his voice, he raised his head up from his nap and simply stared at the boy with a blank stare. After a few blinks and licking his muzzle, he lowered his head once again and shifted his body to get back to sleep. ]

[He had not really believed that would work. Yet why does he feel embarrassed? Besides its appearance there really is something odd about this dog. As far as he knew he has never seen a dog like this one. Then again he doesn't know about dogs.

Looking at the dog isn't going to get it out and as far as he could tell that Yuri is useless. Right, he got a message from that guy.]

Absolutely nothing.

[But fine Yuri. If that's how it is going to be. The dog can stay in his room. It would just have to keep him company for a long while. He closes the door and locks it. ]

Alright then. dont text me again while im at work unless its important. and by important i mean someone is seriously hurt, or something major broke.

[ Mostly because Yuri was not interested in anything the brat had to say unless he started to do some serious shaping up! Which was a lot to say coming out of Yuri's mouth.

However on Repede's end, the second he hears the door go "click", his head shoots straight up and stares right at Leon. See, Repede liked knowing he could come and leave as he pleased. And having a locked door was not a part of his plan. ]

[It was a statement but despite that perhaps Yuri might understand why it was made. Leon was actually surprised. He had the impression that Yuri was just some ruffian who only went out to loiter around Holly Heights.]

If you made that clear from the start I wouldn't have bothered with you.

[What he meant was I wouldn't have bothered you. Since that's cleared up he won't text Yuri again. Work was work after all. The phone would be set aside and he would sit on his own bed.]

I suppose I will put up with you for a little while.

[dogsitter]

Well if you ever talked thatd also be really helpful.[ Yuri said he was going to stop talking, right? Fat chance! He always wanted to have the last word.

Back at home though, Repede proves to be just as temperamental as his owner. The phone landed just a bit to close to him for his liking. So with his muzzle he pushes the phone away and very nearly knocking it off of the bed. ]

[Leon will do a good job of ignoring that last text. In fact he doesn't even read it. That would mean picking up the phone once more and he was sure that whatever Yuri sent would require a reply. Yes, ignoring it is a good idea.

He does however it push the phone away from the edge.] It's not my fault you're in here. You came in on your own and even if I were to open the door now you won't leave.

[He was talking to a dog. It wasn't weird at all really since he spent a lot of time talking to Chal anyway. But that probably didn't appear like a normal thing to a lot of people.]

[dogsitter]

Woof, woof! [ Two short barks, coupled with a displeased stare almost seemed like Repede was aiming to get his point across that this was his territory. ]

[surfeits]

[Leon will stare right back for a second before sighing and giving the dog a shrug. The barking could be annoying but it wasn't worst than hearing some people whine and chatter on about useless things. Maybe this would work out just fine. Sharing the room with a dog couldn't be the worst thing to happen. He would be sharing it with another person.

He'll let it slide then. So with that settled he will go back to what he was doing before. Trying to read some book about not where he comes from.]

[ A couple hours later, Yuri came home. The sound of the door opening and closing was faint but Repede heard it clear as a whistle. Excited for his owners return, he quickly jumped out of the bed and started barking and pawing at the door. ]

Woof. woof. woof!!

[ Yuri could be heard from a distance, walking up the stairs to try and find his dog. ]

Repede? You lock yourself in again?

[surfeits]

[Leon finally does look up from his book because anything the dog did before did not warrant any attention. He closes the book with a sigh upon hearing Yuri's voice. How unfortunate, he is no longer alone at home.

And since there is a lack of excitement on his part over Yuri's arrival he doesn't exactly hurry to get off the bed. Sure, before he held a silly notion of keeping the dog locked up but that would become a noisy event that he has no interest in taking a part of. It is better to just let the dog reunite with his Yuri and they can all move on with their lives.

So he heads towards the door and reaches out to unlock it. Next he tries to get the door open for Repede, despite it being difficult with Repede pawing at it.]

[dogsitter]

[ Woosh! Repede bolts right out to meet Yuri who at this point it right near the door. Yuri though, looks slightly annoyed to see his dog bolt out of the room. ]

Did you leave him locked in here all day?

[surfeits]

[He isn't bothering to even look at Yuri as he appears more interested in Repede. Yuri is of little importance to him which may be why he takes his time to answer.]

And what are you going to do if say that I did?

[dogsitter]

Tell you to knock it off. Repede isn't some kind of circus animal. He likes to walk around, explore. Do what he wants.[ And Yuri is just going to give him the most deadpan well isn't it obvious face in the world. ]

[surfeits]

Right. Repede needs to be free. [Watch him wave a hand dismissively because he doesn't really seem to care about Yuri has to say to him.] Got it.

Is that all, Yuri?

[dogsitter]

Yeah, loosen up a little, kid. [ He raised his eyebrow up slightly as he looked at the other slightly questionably. Was Leon even capable of smiling, relaxing? He was even tenser than his own best friend, and that was saying something. ]

[surfeits]

I don't know what you mean. [No, he understands what Yuri just told him only he is choosing to believe he does not need to do any of that. He is just fine the way he is. Was. Whichever. What would be the point of it anyway?]

But I may not mind your dog as much. [The dog could go in his room. Yuri could not.]

[dogsitter]

That's a bunch of bull and you know it. [ Too bad Yuri is able to catch on to at least that. Though not to say he's going to do much about it other than give an annoyed scoff. ]

Look, I don't care where he goes, so long as he can get out too.

[surfeits]

Shut up.

[Because this is how conversations should end. Only not really. He knows this will only lead to further antagonize Yuri but he barely knows him so there isn't any reason for him to try to care despite them living in the same house.]

And if your dog becomes trapped anywhere. Then as his owner it is your responsibility to see that he gets out. I won't be involved in any of that.

[dogsitter]

Literally how hard is it for you to get up and open a door. [ The more Leon spoke, the more of a brat he came off as. ]

[surfeits]

Is it difficult for you?

Yuri, you will find that I am quite capable of opening a door. In fact I am very good at closing one as well.

[And he demonstrates by closing the door to his room in Yuri's face.]

[dogsitter]

I'm just asking you to do it when I'm at wo-[ And the second he got the door closed in his face he huffed loudly. Did he really just do that?! Really, he was becoming more unbearable by the second! ] Hey! You ungrateful brat!

[surfeits]

[He is surprised Yuri didn't see that coming. Not his problem. Yuri could stay out there and talk to the door. He is not going to answer back. Instead he is going to continue what he was doing before Yuri's arrival.]

[dogsitter]

You're a huge brat, I hope you know that! [ With a sharp huff he smacked his hand against the door, stomping off to his room. ]

[surfeits]

[Leon gives the door a brief glance. And Yuri called him a kid, at the very least Yuri could try to be more original with his insults... and not abuse the door. ]
